A replacement backdrop/not refund/ will be issued

ONLY if/when:

 

1) When we've made a mistake : e.g

• you were sent an incorrect design or we used a different material by mistake

• there was a mix up in orders and you've received someone else's order

• there was print fault affecting large section 50% or the entire surface of the backdrop  

• e.g banding/horizontal lines visible under the flash lights

• if the printing fault is not running through the whole surface and is a very minor issue , e.g affecting less than 10% of the backdrop area and does not affect the images, we can offer small  partial refund instead of replacement, usually 10% of the backdrop value.

 

 

 

 

Subtle colour differences, e.g slightly warmer or cooler shades of certain colours that are only slightly different

from those

displayed on our website  -DO NOT qualify -

as incorrect designs or printing fault, as colours/contrast/shadows

can vary from one monitor/tablet/mobile device to another.

 

 

2) Serious damage to the parcel contents /not just packaging/ in transit

 

This applies in situations when there is a serious damage to the inside contents,

not of the small damage /dent or bent cardboard tube/outer packaging.

Serious damage means tearing/staining/ of the backdrop material

or very deep creases to the point

that the backdrop is not usable for shooting.

 

We will not replace a backdrop that came in a 

squashed/bent or opened tube without the end caps, but is perfectly usable and there is no actual damage

to the backdrop itself - apart from mild creases,

which can be smoothed out by applying gentle heat:

 

/ironing on reverse through muslin cloth, tea towel etc./ or use a hairdryer on the back to smooth out lines and hang on backdrop stand.

 

This gentle heat method work extremely well on vinyl to get any creases out.

Furthermore we will not replace any backdrops if you

failed to open & check your parcel contents

within 48 hours

of receiving it

&

if NO photographic evidence is sent to us showing the damage/fault

within max.5 working days from the delivery date.

If you think there is a printing fault or a other serious damage to the backdrop,

-not just the outer packaging-

 

Get in touch ASAP

and

send us a clear photographic evidence.

/Please upload at least 3 clear images showing the fault, in detail and backdrop as a whole showing this fault clearly,

so we can help and rectify any issues./

All  backdrops are made to order due to the fact we have over 3000 designs and options to order in many different sizes, each order is therefore CUSTOM MADE to customer's specification  during ordering process. 

When you place your order be sure you are ordering the right size for your studio space and the right material for the type of shoot you are planning,  as this is your responsibility when ordering.

If you by any chance chosen the wrong size, or wish to add a pole pocket please notify us within 2 hours window after placing your order, as after this time has passed and the order is processed through the system, it  cannot be modified or changed or cancelled.

We have a general rule there are strictly NO RETURNS on ANY backdrops due to the fact they are a custom printed products to your EXACT specifications.

Size given in ft is converted by default by our printer software into cm, 1ft=30cm.

e.g 6ft will be 180cm

3)  We WILL NOT allow or accept ANY RETURNS, especially if:

•  backdrop/s arrived exactly as advertised/shown on our website

• in a size, design, material, colour & pole pocket option placement you have selected

• there was no serious damage to the actual contents during courier delivery that would deem product unusable for shooting

• you simply changed your mind - as our backdrops are custom made product to your specs.

• you ordered a wrong size/didn't select right material

• not sure how to efficiently use studio lighting and not getting the results you envisaged from the material you selected

• tried to clean backdrop using chemicals & scrubbed the colour off

• damaged in any way by improper use

• placed sharp / heavy furniture and dented the floor part

• didn't order well in advance and backdrop didn't arrive exactly on the 7th or 4th working day /express delivery /- we always advice- not to rely our approx.  delivery times as these are given as guide times only

• didn't notify us of any fault, didn't open/inspect parcel within 48 hours of delivery and didn't send any photographic evidence within max.5working days

• you have used the backdrop

• you have not ordered material samples to test and claim you didn't know what material is suitable for what type of shoot, so need the same design in different material

Please note delivery times are guide times ONLY and may increase during busier periods or operational reasons.

VINYL backdrops are always shipped rolled in long

postal tubes to avoid creasing.

Fabric & Neoprene may be folded as if they crease they can be ironed or steamed on reverse to remove any creasing being fabric and not PVC.

 

For larger orders, we split the backdrops evenly between a few tubes,this means packing them as we see fit to keep the postage costs to customers to minimum without overloading each tube & to prevent opening during

the  transit.

If you DO require a separate postal tube or different shipping address for each of your backdrops, please place a separate order for each of your backdrops.

You will need to pay separate P&P charge for each backdrop  - it is not possible to request a separate tube for every backdrop after placing an order for multiple backdrops within single orger - separate packaging always means paying

separate P&P, if each one  is to be shipped in it's own tube.

We are not responsible for courier / postage delay and you cancelling your shoot if you didn't order well in advance, nor will we offer a refund because of this delay.
